Karen Bellamy at No 10

O’Jay City tickets selling fast

The LVE Charitable Foundation is working actively in east London boroughs, as well as the Thames Valley to tackle the causes of gun and knife crime and gang crime in general. It’s CEO, Cllr. Karen Bellamy, has had meetings recently with Cressida Dick, CBE, QPM, Commissioner of Police for the Metropolis, Dr Neville Lawrence OBE (father of the late Stephen Lawrence) and at 10 Downing Street with advisers to the Prime Minister.

Gang crime is not new but it’s prevalence and growth over recent years is most worrying. The charity’s “Don’t Get Court!” © project is directly seeking to tackle this trend at its source and this is where you can help.

Leyton Great Hall (Karel Lush in partnership with Karen Bellamy) is hosting O’Jay City and the Sounds of Philadelphia on Saturday, 27th April 2019 and, now that the event is looming large tickets are now starting to sell at an increasing rate so don’t miss out – get your tickets NOW! You can book tickets directly from our online box office in the right hand sidebar (or scroll down if you are using a smartphone).

Take a tip from Carlton White:

If you cannot make it (and even if you can) you can support the work of the charity by making a donation through the box office.

Mama Used to Say – and still says that Junior Giscombe will be making a guest appearance!
